TUESDAY Sept 8

 Today we started Heggerty and UFLI. Pictures to come throughout the week.

Writing - We drew a Mouse and wrote about it. We created a word bank and wrote sentences that had a capital letter at the beginning of the sentence, finger spaces and a period. 

Reading - We learned and practiced how to Read to Self.  We learned our responsibilities while we are reading and we learned what STAMINA is. We read for 7 mins, and our goal is 15 mins. 

Math - Learned about Numbers around us. We even talked about what if we didn't have numbers! Then we created a journal page about Numbers about us!

Social Studies - We are starting to learn about Canada and what Land is. Can you find all the types of land?

Homework : Talk with your student about the places they have been in Canada.
