Writing

In Writing today, we revewed what we learned in Grade 1. We focused on Capitals, finger spaces and periods.

The writing activity we will work through for the next few weeks is called "Draw to Write". Students are learning to draw different animals and things, add details to pictures, and practice those skills they learned in Grade 1one to help their writing in Grade two. 

In Art we read the book "Be Who You Are" and then we learned how to make ourselves just like Todd Parr draws his characters. We used Paint markers to colour too!

In Math, we had the opportunity to try the game we learned yesterday, "Wipe Out"
